21st Global Pty Ltd and Goldmorr Systems, LLC have developed terms and conditions to safeguard the integrity of the company (21st Global Pty Ltd and Goldmorr Systems, LLC) and the Goldmorr System Training Course. Goldmorr Systems, LLC is the directly appointed representative and authorized trainer for 21st Global Pty Ltd and is the sole distributor for the U.S. market.
21st Global Pty Ltd’s Goldmorr System Training Course is protected by copyright, Intellectual Property Laws, and/or patent pending laws. Methods, including but not limited to, products, verbal communications, and all written material may form part of the copyright and the patent pending. Great care has been taking to prepare our training course to be offered to all members using The Goldmorr System. Participation in the training for this program includes the following conditions:
• Training on use of The Goldmorr System is to be provided by 21st Global Pty Ltd or their directly appointed representatives, Goldmorr Systems, LLC. Applicants must have applied for and been approved by 21st Global Pty Ltd or Goldmorr Systems, LLC.
• Participants are not permitted to on-sell or supply products to a third party, including but not limited to, free samples.
• In the case of the supply to an employee, he/she must have completed 21st Global Pty Ltd’s Goldmorr System training. The employee is permitted to use that product strictly for the completion of jobs for his/her employer. The employer is responsible for ensuring that all these conditions are adhered to.
• Participants are not permitted to on-sell or supply products to a party that has, for whatsoever reason, been excluded from the program.
• All knowledge and written material used as part of this course is to remain confidential and shall not be shared with a third party unless the participant has received prior authorization or approval to do so.
• A person whose employer is the Goldmorr Licensed Member is not permitted to purchase product. This must be purchased directly by the employer – or someone within the company who is authorized by the employer.
• Only persons who have attended this course are permitted to apply products associated with this course and The Goldmorr System program.
• Everyone applying products assumes responsibility for the appropriate usage as intended and described in training.
• All information and advertising associated with 21st Global Pty Ltd or The Goldmorr System program, including but not limited to, printed, electronic, or any other must first be approved by 21st Global Pty Ltd.
• 21st Global Pty Ltd reserves the right to authorize or exclude persons or businesses from The Goldmorr System and/or suspend/cancel the provision of proprietary products at any time for whatsoever reason.
• Persons or companies not having purchased product within a 2-year period will be required to attend a refresher class to requalify. Acceptance to the class is not automatic and will be subject to current Terms and Conditions at the time of re-application.
• All companies and/or individuals are required to attend any refresher classes that become available, within a 3–month period of being advised of such classes.
• All companies and/or individuals are required to maintain their own insurances. Neither 21st Global Pty Ltd nor their distributors accept any liability for the misuse of products.
• Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are not to be published anywhere. You must supply them when requested by a customer;however, 21st Global Pty Ltd maintains a policy of not publishing them.
• Companies and/or individuals agree not to knowingly compete against other companies and/or individuals using The Goldmorr System, within the same locale
